Warranty
Warranty
We want every purchase to work as expected. This page explains the warranty protection that applies to items bought from our store, how it relates to any warranty offered directly by a product's manufacturer, and what to do if something you've bought turns out to be faulty.
Statutory warranty
All goods sold through our store are covered by the statutory warranty for defects that applies under law. This means that if an item you receive is faulty — for example, it doesn't match its description, isn't fit for its ordinary purpose, or develops a defect that was present (even if not visible) at the time of delivery — you are entitled to a remedy.
In the first instance, this typically means repair or replacement of the faulty item. Where repair or replacement isn't possible, isn't carried out within a reasonable time, or would cause significant inconvenience, and where the law allows it, you may instead be entitled to an appropriate price reduction or a refund. The statutory warranty exists independently of any commercial promotion or additional promise made about a product, and it cannot be excluded or reduced by us.
Manufacturer warranty
Some products we sell may also carry an additional warranty provided directly by the manufacturer. Where this is the case, the manufacturer's own terms and conditions apply to that warranty, including any specific coverage, duration, or claims process the manufacturer sets out.
It's important to understand that a manufacturer warranty is always offered on top of, and never in place of, your statutory rights described above. Choosing to make a claim under a manufacturer warranty does not reduce or replace your entitlement to a remedy under the statutory warranty, and you remain free to rely on whichever protection best applies to your situation.
Reporting a fault
If you believe a product you've purchased is defective, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at contact@autoescuelas.shop. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include the following when you contact us:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the fault, including when it appeared and how it affects the product
- Photos of the defect, where possible, especially if the fault is visible
Once we've received your report, we'll review the details and get back to you with the next steps — whether that's a repair, a replacement, or another appropriate remedy under the statutory warranty. We aim to sort out every fault promptly and will keep you informed throughout the process.
