Terms of service

1. Scope and Application

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern every order placed through the Autoescuela online store ("we," "us," "our") by both consumers and business customers. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms as they stand at the time of your order. We reserve the right to amend these Terms for future orders; any changes will not affect orders already concluded.

2. Contracting Party

Your contract is concluded with:

Autoescuela
Avenida Andalucía
41804 Olivares, Spain
Email: contact@autoescuelas.shop
Phone: 34669842926

For any questions regarding your order, these Terms, or our store in general, please use the contact details above. We aim to respond to all inquiries as promptly as possible.

3. Conclusion of the Contract

The product listings displayed in our online store do not constitute a legally binding offer on our part; rather, they are a non-binding invitation for you to place an order.

When you click the order button at the end of the checkout process, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in your cart. Receipt of your order is confirmed automatically by email, but this confirmation merely acknowledges that we have received your order — it does not yet constitute our acceptance of your offer.

A contract is only formed once we accept your order, which we do either by sending you a separate order acceptance email or by shipping the goods to you, whichever occurs first.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices displayed on our product pages are shown in EUR and include statutory VAT as well as any other applicable price components. They do not necessarily include shipping costs.

Applicable shipping costs are calculated based on your order and delivery address and are clearly displayed during the checkout process, before you submit your order, so that you can review the total cost of your purchase in full prior to confirming it.

5. Payment

The payment methods available to you are presented during the checkout process. Unless we have agreed otherwise with you, payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

We reserve the right to restrict the payment methods offered for certain orders, for example depending on the order value or delivery destination, and to refer you to alternative payment options where necessary.

6. Delivery

Unless a different delivery time is stated on the relevant product page or during checkout, we aim to ship goods within 3–7 working days of contract conclusion or, where payment in advance has been agreed, within 3–7 working days of receipt of payment.

Should unforeseen delays arise on our end, we will inform you as soon as possible and keep you updated on the expected delivery timeline.

7. Retention of Title

All goods supplied remain our property until they have been paid for in full. Until title has passed to you, you must treat the goods with due care.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal in connection with their purchase. Full details on how this right applies, how to exercise it, and any related conditions are set out in our Right of Withdrawal policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

We encourage you to review that policy before initiating a return so that the process can be handled as smoothly as possible.

9. Warranty

Goods supplied by us are subject to the statutory warranty rights applicable under Spanish and EU law. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any warranty rights to which you are legally entitled as a consumer.

10. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which is accessible at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. This platform allows consumers to seek out-of-court settlement of disputes arising from online purchases.

We are not obligated, and are not willing, to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Governing Law and Severability

These Terms, and any contract concluded under them, are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence, where applicable.

Should any individual provision of these Terms be or become invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue to apply in full.
